Aside from the time invested, the value of the inspection and report should be measured by its usefulness. If the inspection turns up few things wrong with the house, you've bought some relatively inexpensive peace of mind, education about the house, and tips that will help in the future. If the inspection finds serious problems, your investment in an inspection could end up saving you thousands of dollars.

The fee is based on MAIN LEVEL square feet or MAIN LEVEL + UPPER LEVEL. Basement square feet (finished or unfinished) does not apply.
Please call for a quote, I may offer discounts for location.
My fee is based on size, NOT price. In any market 30 miles can be a difference of $30,000 - $50,000 in price of property, that could mean paying more for the same inspection.
Let's put home inspection fees in perspective: If you're buying a $200,000 house and the inspection fee is $300, that's less than .2% of the cost of the house! The cost of a home inspection is a bargain, even if you paid $1000 for the inspection!
